Delivery was done within an hour of placing order. Pleasantly surprised by the speed as I was not expecting it till the evening given my order was placed very close to the cutoff time for same day delivery. Free gifts that came included were appreciated, but I could have done without them as well since I've little use for them.

it's worth buying during 11.11 sale after putting the vouchers together.
item was marked as delivered but actually not so.
initially thought item was stolen as notification of delivered was given at 11++pm.
Delivery company service can be improved.

I first bought a laptop from Atrix 2 years ago. Bought another one now. The service is top notch world class! i am a troublesome customer (bought a laptop then changed my mind and wanted to change to another model). although i chatted them at 9pm, they responded and was super patient guiding me through on the process! until I successfully completed the transaction before the clock struck 12 and sale event ends.
disappointment was on lzd platform. it did not accord me the rightful discount :(
